Welcome to the Buddhism in Israel application (hereinafter: the “Application”), an application developed by Buddhism in Israel Publishing Ltd. (hereinafter: the “Company” or “We”).
The Application is a mobile platform, for the free use of students attending our courses, that enables real-time communication, learning, and information sharing between them and the teachers. The Application implements a unique technology developed to enable sessions to be set up efficiently, creating a safe space for students to ask questions and receive answers, user groups to distribute information, creating Q&A forums, and so forth.
The following terms apply to any user who uses the Application.
Use of the above-detailed system and services or any other of our services or content offered via the Application or by the Company (hereinafter: the “Services”) is subject to the following terms of use and privacy policy and the document summarizing the important rules of use (hereinafter: “Terms of Use”). The object of the Terms of Use is to regulate the relationship between the Company and any party on its behalf, and between any person using the Application and/or the Services (hereinafter: “User” or “You”). Please review these terms closely and carefully.
Please note, if You do not agree to the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, You may not make any use of the Application or Services for any purpose.
1. Use of the Application and Services
The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized by the Company.
You may not use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the Application, including attempting to gain unauthorized access.
The Company reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to improve the Services and ensure compliance with these Terms.

In order to access certain features of the Application, You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials.

Any content uploaded by Users remains their intellectual property. However, by using the Application, You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Application.
4. Limitations of Liability
The Application and Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company makes no warranties regarding reliability, suitability, or availability.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from Your use or inability to use the Application.
The Company is not responsible for any third-party content, services, or transactions facilitated through the Application.
5. Termination of Use
The Company may suspend or terminate Your access to the Application at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if You violate these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and You must delete any copies of the Application from Your devices.
You may terminate Your account at any time by following the instructions provided within the Application.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Israel.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Israel unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the Application or email.
Continued use of the Application following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
